Information you give us. When you submit a form on this site — the Buyer’s Brief, a Dispatch signup, a quiz-results request or a checklist request — we receive the email address and any details you choose to include. Quiz and tool forms may also include your results (for example, a readiness score) so that we can respond usefully.
Information collected automatically. We use third-party analytics tools, including Google Analytics, to understand how the site is used: pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and interactions with our tools. These services may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser for this purpose.
We do not collect payment information on this site. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
To respond to your enquiries; to send you the Dispatch — our weekly letter — and content you asked for; to understand which pages and tools are useful so we can improve them; and to keep the site secure. That is the whole list.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Like most websites, we rely on a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:
— Netlify hosts this site and receives form submissions (their privacy policy);
— Analytics providers, including Google Analytics, help us understand site usage (how Google uses data from sites that use its services).
Each processes data under its own privacy policy and appropriate safeguards.
The site itself sets no cookies for its own features. Our analytics provider may set cookies to distinguish visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will continue to work.
— Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link; one click and you are off the list.
— You may request a copy or the deletion of the information we hold about you at any time.
— Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EU), you may have additional legal rights to access, correct or delete your data — we honor these requests regardless of where you live.
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and send the Dispatch, and delete them on request. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with the providers named above.
